Register for class:  Text 917-991-5891 on the same day class will be held before

4:00 PM for the 6:30 PM & 7:30 PM classes to reserve your place in class.

Barre"T" Bootcamp Class :  Mon @ 6:30 PM (90 min,) & Wed. @6:30 PM (60 min.) 

Pilates Mat Classes (60 min):  Tues & Thursdays @6:30 PM. &

 New Fridays at 10:00 AM

90 Minute Bootcamp Pilates/Hard Core Abs/Barre: Saturdays @ 12:00 PM

Reformer Group Classes (60 min) Semi-Private Classes. Small groups of 3- 5 people, register early to insure your place in class.

Saturday morning at 11:00 AM

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 7:30 PM

(burns 350-500 Calories verified by Fitbit users in class) a fast paced total body workout, fuses Cardio-Sculpting, Dance, Kettlebells, Core Strengthening, Pilates & resistive exercises at the Ballet Barre.  Burns 50% more calories than traditional Barre classes, giving you a lean streamlined body and FAST!
