PILATES EQUIPMENT FOR REHAB: The resistive spring, pulley system and moving carriage of the Reformer/Cadillac Tower allows change in gravity orientation for exercise that make it easy on the joints for arthritic conditions and allows non-to-partial weight bearing exercises in post-surgical patients. Pilates for rehabilitation combines core activation, lumbopelvic and scapular stabilization, strength, flexibility and proprioceptive exercises.

PHYSICAL THERAPY MANUAL TECHNIQUES:
Trigger point therapy, IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Kinesiotaping, myofascial stretching, massage, joint mobilizations, soft tissue and neurofascial mobilizations, strain counter strain, muscle energy and proprioceptive techniques. All physical therapy sessions are 1:1 with a Licensed Physical Therapist.
PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS:
One hour individual private Pilates sessions with Certified Pilates Instructor/Licensed Physical Therapist utilizing Pilates equipment and other apparatus. Each individual Pilates session allow for a total body workout on one piece of equipment. Increases overall strength and flexibility. Targets hard to get areas such as the outer and inner thighs, buttocks and lower abdominal.muscles. Develop a longer and leaner streamlined physique.
